The ZoomSwitch ZMS20-UC turns your headset into a dual-purpose phone and computer headset. Connect the headset switch to your computerâ USB port and your phoneâ RJ9 port, and then connect the headset to the switch. The headset switch is compatible with both wired headsets and wireless headset base stations. Most standard desk phones and computers are supported.

Press the button in the middle of the ZoomSwitch ZMS20-UC to switch between your phone or computer, with an LED indicator to tell you which device you’re connected to. The headset switch also features a microphone mute button and a volume control dial. Use this switch to operate the headset with dual telephony sources or to listen to music on the computer. Modes on the switch include “Cisco Mode,â “HIC Modeâ and “Normal Mode.â
